Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These terms of sale apply to any subscription taken out on BIMaturity by a professional client architecture firm (hereinafter "the client") from the publisher of the BIMaturity site (identity specified in the legal notice).
2. Plans and prices
The plans, their features and their prices are presented on the Pricing page of the site. Prices are stated in euros, exclusive of tax; applicable VAT is added where due. BIMaturity reserves the right to change its prices; clients already subscribed are informed in advance and may terminate before the new price takes effect.
3. Free audit
The firm's overall maturity score is offered free of charge, without a credit card. Paid features are accessible after subscribing to a plan.
4. Invoicing and payment
Payment is made by bank card through our payment provider Stripe, on a recurring basis according to the chosen billing period (monthly or annual). Invoices are available from the client area.
5. Right of withdrawal
The service is intended exclusively for professionals acting for the purposes of their business. The client declares that they act in that capacity; the right of withdrawal provided for consumers therefore does not apply.
6. Termination
The client may terminate their subscription at any time from their workspace; termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no pro rata refund unless otherwise provided.
7. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law.
