Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of BIMaturity, an online service for assessing and tracking BIM skills intended for architecture firms and their professionals. Use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use.

2. Evolving service

BIMaturity is a recent service under constant development: its features may be modified or improved at any time. Please report any issue to us via the Contact page.

3. Access to the service

The service is accessible after creating an account. Each firm has an isolated workspace; the assessments and data entered are visible only to the members of that workspace, according to their rights (owner, administrator or member).

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. The service is intended for professional use.

4. Use of the service

The user undertakes not to:

• Use the service for purposes other than assessing BIM skills;
• Attempt to access the data of another workspace;
• Systematically extract the skills framework or the content of the service for the purpose of competing commercial reproduction.

5. Data of assessed persons

When the user assesses a candidate or an employee, they undertake to inform the person concerned and to use the results only within the framework provided by law (recruitment, skills tracking). The additional information entered during an interview (experience, salary expectations, availability, commuting time) is visible only to the owners and administrators of the workspace. Scores remain a decision-support tool and must not be the sole basis for a decision affecting an individual.

6. Availability

BIMaturity uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without any guarantee of absolute continuity. Interruptions for maintenance may occur and will, where possible, be announced in advance.

7. Liability

The scores and diagnostics produced by BIMaturity are decision-support tools. They do not replace the user's professional judgement, and the user remains solely responsible for recruitment or skills-management decisions made on that basis.

8. Termination and account deletion

The user may delete their account at any time from their profile settings. Assessments carried out within the firm's workspace remain available to that workspace; their erasure may be requested via the Contact page. BIMaturity reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of use contrary to these terms of use.

9. Governing law

These terms of use are governed by French law.
